Health & Safety
VRMA continues to monitor and assess the evolving impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel and in-person events. We are working closely with the Henry B. González Convention Center on measures to help mitigate and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We also are following CDC guidance, as well as local, state, and federal guidelines.
Information about any decisions regarding attendance requirements for the conference will be posted to this page, and also shared via email with registered attendees.

8/24/21 Update: Earlier this month, the city of San Antonio announced that it will follow the current CDC recommendations to require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks indoors in all its public facilities. This applies to the Henry B. González Convention Center during the International Conference.
