Individual Manager















The right fit if:

You provide full-service vacation rental management of 6+ properties.

You are just getting started in full-service management and manage fewer than 6 properties OR you are an individual homeowner renting one or more properties.

You sell or provide a product/service to vacation rental property managers.

You provide limited management services or an operational aspect of property rental services.

You provide back-of-the-house housekeeping and maintenance services for vacation rental properties.


Companies of all sizes.

Located anywhere in the world.

In all rental markets (beach, mountain, lakeside, ski destination, urban, remote, etc.).

Membership type:

When your company joins, membership benefits extend to everyone. 

To qualify, you must:

Be licensed to manage short-term rentals, and rent at least 6 properties on a short-term basis.

Ensure applicable lodging taxes are paid.

Provide services to guests through the entire rental process.

Provide oversight of property services (for guests and property management).

Be an individual property manager OR have the intent to grow into a full-service vacation rental management company.

This category is eligible for renewal. You do not have to increase your number of properties year over year. 

Provide a product or service to the vacation rental industry that would be of interest to vacation rental managers.

Examples include website design, marketing services, travel insurance, booking and property management software, linens and housewares, etc.

Provide a service for at least 2 rental units on behalf of third-party owners (such as a transaction broker, CVB, or DMO).

Not be engaged in full-service management (that is a manager member).

Not sell a product or service to vacation rental management companies (that is a supplier member).

Provide cleaning and housekeeping services to at least 2 rental units.

Membership term:

January 1 to December 31.


Starting in October for the first year; for new members only. Individual Manager category does not receive pro-rated dues.

Membership dues:

Based on the number of properties managed.
