VRHP Certificates: Introducing the Newly Redesigned Online Certificate Programs
VRMA and VRHP are proud to announce the newly redesigned Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeper (CVRH) and Certified Vacation Rental Inspector (CVRI) certificate programs. Previously paper and pencil exams, the redesigned programs are now interactive certificate programs. View the three programs and their pricing below.

Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeper Program
The CVRH program is the premiere designation for short term rental front line housekeepers. Program content includes detailed information for housekeepers who are responsible for property maintenance every day. The program is divided into fifteen online modules which address all aspects of the housekeeping profession, as follows:

- Section 5: Standard Property Appearance
- Section 6: Housekeeping Kit
- Section 7: Bedbugs
- Section 8: Follow the Wall

To complete the program, candidates will complete all fifteen online modules, followed by an assessment at the end of the program to assess the knowledge and skills learned in the videos. Candidates must also complete knowledge checks at the end of each module before moving onto the next module.
Certified Vacation Rental Inspector Program
The Certified Vacation Rental Inspector (CVRI) certification program is designed specifically for short term rental inspectors. Program content includes detailed information for inspectors who are responsible for navigating through different inspection environments and scenarios. The program is divided into thirteen online modules which address all aspects of the vacation rental inspection process.

Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeper Professional (CVRHP) Program
As a manager of your team of housekeepers, you are responsible for the success and failures of the housekeeping department. You responsibilities include but are not limited to: Keeping current on the best housekeeping practices; foster a culture that encourages professional growth; read and make critical business based on data and rate sheets; ensure the health and safety of your housekeepers; and portray a gold standard of housekeeping cleaning and inspection.
This course goes over all these factors and more to prepare you and your team for success. This course consists of 29 videos in total that must be completed in order.
